Heartland Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC)
The Heartland PTAC is an outreach program of Missouri Southern State University (MSSU) that helps businesses with their federal, state and local government contracting efforts. Every year, federal, state and local governments spend billions of dollars on goods and services. Government buyers may be looking for what you have -- quality products at competitive prices from responsible suppliers willing to participate in contracts.
The Heartland PTAC assists viable businesses located in Southwest Missouri and the State of Kansas. The lead center of Heartland PTAC, is located in the School of Business at MSSU in Joplin, MO. Heartland PTAC also has offices located in Wichita, Kansas and Overland Park, Kansas.
