The PTAC of Delaware is part of the Procurement Technical Assistance Cooperative Agreement Program that was established by Congress in 1985 to assist private sector businesses in marketing goods and services to the Department of Defense. In 1991, the program was opened up to include all federal agencies.
The PTAC of Delaware is affiliated with the Delaware Small Business Development Center Network and the University of Delaware's Office of Economic Innovation and Partnerships.
