Small and Very Small Plant Owners and Operators Resource Program

The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) maintains online information of food safety resources designed to assist small and very small plant owners and operators with their Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) Programs and Pathogen Reduction Programs. FSIS maintains this resource so that small plant owners and operators can find information about FSIS policies, technical assistance, and answers to commonly asked questions.

Eligibility: All U.S. small plant owners and operators.
