Summary:
The Export Trade Certificate of Review Program helps U.S. businesses to reduce their export costs and enhance their competitiveness in export markets. By encouraging the formation of U.S. export joint ventures, the program helps firms to achieve economies of scale, share export costs and risks, overcome market access barriers, and increase export profitability. U.S. residents, partnerships, corporations, associations, and state/local government may apply.

Eligibility: All U.S. businesses.
