The U.S. Department of Agriculture's (USDA's) Agricultural Marketing Service Livestock and Seed Audit, Review, and Compliance (ARC) Branch reviews and approves companies as eligible suppliers of meat (Beef/Veal/Pork/Bison/Lamb) and meat products under the USDA Export Verification (EV) Program. The EV Program outlines the specified product requirements for individual countries. The specified product requirements must be met through an approved Quality System Assessment Program. ARC Branch personnel conduct certification assessments and regular audits of eligible suppliers. The Program provides U.S. agricultural companies that supply meat and meat products the opportunity to assure customers of their ability to provide consistent quality products.

Eligibility:

All U.S. suppliers of meat and meat products for export.
