This is the 3rd Section of our Small Business Venture Training series and is intended to facilitate the writing of the finance section of a business plan and includes using income statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements. Students will learn how to project and evaluate the financial performance of their small business. Also covered is a discussion of the resources available andsteps necessary to obtrain debt or equity financing for a business (taught by Julie Foster, RCEDA) It is recommended that students have moderate fluency in MS Excel.
