Free Legal Clinic (offered monthly)

We are very pleased to announce that Chris Cassara of Partridge Snow & Hahn LLP has offered to continue to hold free legal clinics for small businesses in our office and outreach sites.

On the second Friday afternoon of each month, entrepreneurs and small business owners can meet one-on-one for 30 minutes to discuss general legal questions such as corporate structure, leases, contracts, insurance, employment, franchising, etc.

You will be able to schedule a confidential 30-minute meeting with Chris Cassara, a partner at Partridge Snow & Hahn, between 1:00 and 4:30 p.m. by calling MSBDCs office at 508-673-9783 x10. Any business participating in the clinic will be expected to sign a general waiver regarding conflicts, etc.

All services are provided by Partridge Snow & Hahn (PSH) which is not acting as an agent or representative of the Massachusetts Small Business Development Center (MSBDC) Network. By meeting with Partridge Snow & Hahn, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the MSBDC from any and all claims and liability arising from your session with PSH.

The goal is to stimulate direct investments into the U.S. private equity and venture capital funds, which is an export of financial services. Overview: The Mission will be one half day long. USTDA Headquarters
The U.S. Trade and Development Agency (USTDA) will host a delegation of up to eleven Myanmar civil aviation officials on a visit to the United States to participate in the Civil Aviation Modernization Reverse Trade Mission (RTM). During the RTM, the private and public sector delegates will have the opportunity to meet with U.S. companies to gain exposure to technology, equipment and services that can support efforts to expand and modernize civil aviation development in Myanmar. The RTM will also include a Business Briefing on February 25 at USTDA's Headquarters, where U.S. companies can learn about upcoming civil aviation project opportunities and meet with the senior level decision-making delegates. Mexico Wind Power 2014 is Mexico's largest trade event for wind power design, construction and power distribution. It is also the only wind power event in Mexico which is co-organized and supported by the Mexican Wind Energy Assocation (AMDEE) and the Global Wind Energy Council (GWEC). The American Wind Energy Association is also a supporting organization. Mexico WindPower 2014 will be a full exhibition with the conference, including a new focus on e show. For 2013, Mexico Wind Power is a Latin American sales focused show. , with several buyers from South America about 20% of the visitors are international arriving from throughout the continent. The show is growing at a rapid pace due to an increase in wind power construction projects and techniques as well as an increasing focus on green construction methods.
