Sales drive everything! This workshop provides an in-depth way to define your ideal customer, your ideal message and your ideal medium to drive your sales into positive territory. Developing a targeted customer list, a marketing strategy and a core message are outcomes of this workshop.

This workshop begins with a careful examination of the participants’ unique business. It then progresses to an identification of the “ideal customer,” segmenting the targeted customers according to demographics, geography, need, goals and interest. Next, a presentation on “goal satisfaction selling” gives participants an idea of how to market their businesses focusing on the customers’ points of view. As the presentation progresses, participants will be guided through a targeted marketing approach from message to plan to execution. Discussion of internet as well as traditional marketing strategies will be included. The workshop concludes with an exercise allowing each participant to develop his/her own customer profile, marketing approach and message.
