The primary objective of the Small Socially Disadvantaged Producer Grant program is to provide technical assistance to small, socially-disadvantaged agricultural producers through eligible cooperatives and associations of cooperatives. Technical assistance is defined as: An advisory service performed for the benefit of a small, socially-disadvantaged producer such as market research; product and/or service improvement/ legal advice and assistance; feasibility study, business plan, and marketing plan development; and training. Grants are awarded on a competitive basis. The maximum award amount per grant is $200,000.00. Follow this link for contact information:
